Entrance
The entrance door is at street level.
Wheelchair users are welcome, as there is a ramp and accessible toilet facilities.
The door will be closed during sessions to keep the space calm and quiet.
If you need extra time entering the space, you’re welcome to arrive a few minutes early. Facilitators are usually in the space setting up at least 30 minutes before each class.
Inside the Studio
The studio is a small, calm room designed for rest practices.
Approximate room size:
7m x 5m
Inside you will find:
yoga mats spaced generously
bolsters, blankets, blocks, and mattresses
soft lighting with no bright overhead lights
a quiet and relaxed atmosphere
You are welcome to move props or adjust your space so that you feel comfortable.
Mobility and Movement
All practices are adaptable.
You are welcome to sit, lie down, or remain seated in a chair if that feels best for your body.
Taking breaks at any time is welcome.
If you would like additional support props, please let the facilitator know.
Sensory Environment
The space is designed to feel calm and low stimulation.
You can expect:
soft lighting
quiet music or sound during some sessions
periods of silence during rest practices

If you are sensitive to sound or light, you are welcome to adjust your space, step outside if needed, or use one of our eye pillows to reduce the light.
Social Expectations
There is no pressure to talk or share during sessions.
Some classes may include optional check-ins or moments of reflection, but participation is always your choice.
You are welcome to:
speak with others
sit quietly
leave when you need to (please let your facilitator know if you know this is a possibility)
Before and After Class
Shoes are removed at the entrance. You are welcome to keep your socks on.
You can arrive 10 minutes before class to settle in.
The door closes once the session begins to protect the quiet environment.
If You Have Access Needs
If there is anything that would help you feel more comfortable attending a session, please let us know.
We are always happy to adapt where possible.
