what people say
“Superb training. Well paced, good balance of theory and practice, and lots of time for questions and reflection. Most importantly, Eliza created a lovely calm and supportive vibe for us - she is a natural teacher. And I would 100% recommend this course.”
- Charlotte D
“I recently completed the Yin TT with Eliza. It was well structured with room for questions, re-caps and practice. Most of all Eliza created a supportive and inclusive environment that made learning enjoyable. Eliza is a natural teacher and I would be happy to take any course she is delivering.”
- Patricia I
“Eliza is a very knowledgeable, warm and kind teacher. I completed both Yin and recently Yoga Nidra with her. Both trainings were thorough, well paced and a perfect balance of practical and theory. Eliza creates a relaxed and open space and I will continuously learn from her. She is always there, even after the trainings are complete, to ask questions and receive guidance. I am forever grateful and I would highly recommend all trainings with Eliza.”
