The listening sessions are perfect for those seeking a gentle alternative to nightlife. Guided by Lou Robbin, you'll flow through a breathwork meditation into an ambient DJ set. 

At The Rest Collective, you'll find yoga mats, blankets, bolsters and mattresses, so come with time to land and create a cosy nest for yourself. You're welcome to bring a journal for thoughts and doodles, or you can allow the music to lull you into a state of rest and stillness. It's up to you.
